Greeva Vasti

Greeva Vasti is one of the most effective Ayurvedic procedures designed for the treatment of neck and back pain, as well as for alleviating neck stiffness. This procedure is used to improve neck flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall back and neck health.

Greeva Vasti Procedure:

During the procedure, a leak-proof reservoir made from gram flour is formed and placed on the neck, up to the 2–3 cervical vertebrae. Warm medicinal oil, which strengthens bones and alleviates pain, is then slowly poured into the reservoir. When the temperature of the oil decreases, it is squeezed out with cotton gauze, and the process is repeated several times to achieve a therapeutic effect.
