Yoga with Ayengar elements - therapy for body and mind

This is a therapeutic and gentle yoga practice that combines the principles of classical yoga with elements of Ayengara yoga. It is also increasingly recommended by traditional practitioners as an adjunct to treatment or rehabilitation. Yoga helps to release physical and emotional tension, improves balance, breathing and inner harmony. It is suitable for all ages and physical levels - safe and adaptable for everyone.

4 Key principles

This practice is based on four main principles derived from the Ayengar yoga methodology:

Correct alignment

helps prevent injury and ensures maximum benefit from each asana.

Sequencing

classes are structured, starting with static asanas and gradually progressing to more complex exercises.

Conscious breathing

asanas are performed with calm, rhythmic breathing, without tension.

Time in asana

each position is held for 5 to 8 breathing cycles, depending on the level of the practitioner.

Instructors with experience

Classes are taught by experienced and professional yoga instructors who have been practising yoga for more than 10 years. They take care of each participant's safety, technique and adaptations to make the practice accessible to everyone - beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Comfortable and safe
